Fault code: SFC 161
Fault description: XDRP_A (5V) voltage is high
The 5V external supply voltage is the power source for many sensors and components in the system. Whether this voltage is stable or not seriously affects the accuracy of the sensor, so it is often monitored by the ECU. The ECU can determine whether they are overloaded, short-circuited or out of specification. When the activation condition and the detection limit are both “true” within a certain delay time, the diagnostic function is set. Under the condition of starting the key and meeting the SFC161 delay time, when the XDRP_A power supply voltage is greater than the XDRP_A high limit, the error will be set.
Troubleshooting: Check the corresponding wiring harness, ECU and its connectors according to the circuit diagram.
Fault code: SFC 162
Fault description: XDRP_A (5V) voltage is low
When the activation condition and the detection limit are both “true” within a certain delay time, the diagnostic function is set. This error will be set when the power supply voltage of XDRP_A is lower than the low limit of XDRP_A when the start key is turned on and the delay time of SFC162 is met.
Troubleshooting: Check the corresponding wiring harness, ECU and its connectors according to the circuit diagram.
Fault code: SFC 163
Fault description: XDRP_B (5V) voltage is high
When the activation condition and the detection limit are both “true” within a certain delay time, the diagnostic function is set. This error will be set when the XDRP_B power supply voltage is greater than the XDRP_B high limit under the condition that the start key is turned on and the SFC163 delay time is met.
Troubleshooting: Check the corresponding wiring harness, ECU and its connectors according to the circuit diagram.
Fault code: SFC 164
Fault description: XDRP_B (5V) voltage is low
When the activation condition and the detection limit are both “true” within a certain delay time, the diagnostic function is set. This error will be set when the XDRP_B power supply voltage is lower than the XDRP_B high limit under the condition that the start key is turned on and the SFC164 delay time is met.
Troubleshooting: Check the corresponding wiring harness, ECU and its connectors according to the circuit diagram.
Fault code: SFC 165
Fault description: ECU power supply voltage (14V) is high
The internal 14V voltage supplies power for the analog circuit. Whether this voltage is stable or not seriously affects the accuracy of the sensor and the functions of many control modules, so it is often monitored by the ECU. The ECU can determine whether they are overloaded, short-circuited or out of specification. When the activation condition and the detection limit are both “true” within a certain delay time, the diagnostic function is set. This error will be set when the 14VECU power supply voltage is higher than the high limit of 14V when the start key is turned on and the SFC165 delay time is met.
Troubleshooting: Check the corresponding wiring harness, ECU, sensor and its connectors according to the circuit diagram.
Fault code: SFC 166
Fault description: ECU power supply voltage (14V) is low
When the activation condition and the detection limit are both “true” within a certain delay time, the diagnostic function is set. This error will be set when the 14VECU power supply voltage is lower than the high limit of 14V when the start key is turned on and the SFC166 delay time is met.
Troubleshooting: Check the corresponding wiring harness, ECU, sensor and its connectors according to the circuit diagram.
