The diesel engine can not start, the main reason is that the low pressure oil circuit is blocked and the fuel cannot be supplied normally.
1 There is air in the oil circuit, and the fuel cannot enter the high-pressure oil pump. It is common when the diesel engine has been left for too long. The solution is to loosen the bleed screw of the high-pressure oil pump, deliver oil to the high-pressure oil pump by the hand oil pump, and tighten the screw after the air is drained.
2 The oil inlet filter of the oil transfer pump and the filter element are clogged. This is a normal technical change. The solution is to remove the dirt or replace the filter element immediately.
3 The oil pipeline or its connection parts are seriously leaking. The solution is to check whether the joint is loose and the oil pipe is damaged, and replace or repair it according to the situation.
Diesel engine running means that the engine speed fluctuates high and low, work is not stable or the speed is unstable, and it changes periodically.
The main reason is the uneven oil supply of each cylinder or abnormal operation of the governor.
1 The fuel injection pressure difference of each cylinder is too large, and the atomization quality is uneven.
2 The sensitivity of the governor decreases.
3 The transmission and connection parts of the high-pressure oil pump governor are worn.
4 Improper adjustment of idle speed. The lower the speed, the greater the unevenness of the fuel supply, so the idle speed is too low, it is easier to swim.
Because the diesel engine uses fuel injection pump injection, its fuel injection volume is controlled by the engine itself, so the higher the engine speed, the greater the fuel injection volume, and the larger the fuel injection volume, the higher the speed. Speeding refers to the failure phenomenon that the speed of the diesel engine is out of control and suddenly exceeds the allowable rated speed.
Diesel engine speed is mainly caused by poor high-pressure fuel pump oil volume and governor technical condition, or extra burning into the combustion chamber, and serious consequences will occur if it is not handled in time.

There are three methods. Simply put, stop the oil, stop the gas, and stop the flame.
1. Cut off the fuel: Pull the throttle to the parking position, and immediately loosen the fuel injection pump inlet pipe to cut off the fuel path.
2. Cut off the gas: immediately block the diesel engine air inlet, cut off the gas path, and force the diesel engine to turn off.
3. Stop flameout: quickly put on high gear and use internal braking or external braking to force the diesel engine to stall.
The working conditions of the high-pressure oil pump and the governor directly and seriously affect the work of the diesel engine, and maintenance must be strengthened.
