● High-pressure common rail is most used in China
The high-pressure common rail technology refers to a fuel supply method that completely separates the generation of injection pressure and the injection process in a closed-loop system composed of a high-pressure oil pump, a pressure sensor and an electronic control unit. Allow diesel to inject the correct amount of fuel at the correct fuel injection point at the correct fuel injection pressure to ensure the best combustion ratio, atomization and best ignition time of the diesel engine. The high-pressure common rail has good economic efficiency.
● Pump nozzle European truck favorite
The pump nozzle, as the name suggests, is the fuel injection pump combined with the control unit and the nozzle, so there is no high-pressure oil pipe, and the pump nozzle is driven by the camshaft. The pump nozzle is installed on the cylinder head, and there is one for each cylinder. There are several pump nozzles for the engine with several cylinders. Since there is no high-pressure oil pipe, the influence of pressure wave and fuel compression in the high-pressure oil pipe can be eliminated, and the high-pressure volume is greatly reduced, so the required injection pressure can be easily generated. The control of the fuel injection volume is controlled by the solenoid valve to control the start and introduction of fuel injection, so that the fuel injection pump cavity and the low pressure system are turned on or off for control.
● Unit pump
The unit pump can be regarded as a close relative of the pump nozzle, except that the unit pump is separated from the fuel injection nozzle, and separate fuel injection pumps are installed on the engine block. The cylinder corresponds to the unit pump one by one, and the middle is connected with the oil pipe, and the unit pump is also driven by the engine camshaft. For an engine using unit pump technology, there are several cylinders, there are several unit pumps.
